They have carved a reputation across the Midlands for their passion for food and for their love of the restaurant trade, and are proud to have put Derby firmly onto the UK’s culinary map. |
Adam Harvey – Head ChefAdam joined Masa in 2005 after finishing his apprenticeship at a local reputable restaurant. He left in 2008 to enhance his experience and learn from different chefs. After a few years of working with reputable chefs locally and nationally, he is back with us this time leading the kitchen. Adam is young, passionate and continues to deliver to the standards our customers have enjoyed over the last 8 years. |
Paula Dalkic – General ManagerDriven by the pursuit of perfection, Paula is the backbone of Masa. Her attention to detail and passion for excellence runs throughout the fabric of the building and shapes the nature of the entire restaurant. With an armoury of food and front of house qualifications, she is proud to have been prevalent in securing a Michelin star for the Cavaliers restaurant in London. |
Bethany Wood – SupervisorWith day-to-day responsibility for the front of house and for the supervision of the waiting team, Beth boasts a Bachelor’s degree in French. She also brings a wealth of experience of working in both AA rosetted restaurants and upmarket outside catering. She is always committed to delivering unerringly high standards of care and service to Masa customers. |
