With an armoury of food and front of house qualifications, she is proud to have been prevalent in securing a Michelin star for the Cavaliers restaurant in London. |
Monika Zurawska – SupervisorWith day-to-day responsibility for the front of house and for the supervision of the waiting team, Monika boasts a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. She also brings a wealth of experience of working in both Michelin-starred and three AA rosetted restaurants. She is always committed to delivering unerringly high standards of care and service to Masa customers. |
